The Company was originally established in 1980, principally as the manufacturer of our internally designed, patented and now globally recognized line of Portable Align Boring Machines. We have since expanded and diversified our products & services capabilities to include:


• Welding & fabricating (We specialize in the design and fabrication of engineered aluminum safety related
Products as well as other metal fabrications)

• Machining – (We have a complete modern CNC & custom machine shop capable of handling short or long production runs offering turning, milling, grinding, drilling, cutting, and gearing )


• New product Development
Our B&D Solutions department provides:

-Complete turnkey design, manufacturing and distribution of specialized and innovative equipment
-On-line particle sizing camera systems
-Microwave moisture meters--- to name a few
- B&D 120 and 240 Ton Super Jack
- B&D Rod Handler
- B&D Work Platforms


• In house Millwright/industrial mechanics department (Rock drill repairs, pump repairs, Gear drive rebuilding—we are an Authorized Horsburgh & Scott Service & rebuild Center)

• Complete field services including:

Laser alignment
Portable grinding
Portable align boring complete with automatic bore welding capability
Hydraulic torque wrench service
On-site millwright services and machining
Mechanical equipment alignment
On-site total gear drive rebuilds
Field Welding
Crusher repairs & part manufacturing (Authorized PR Engineering representative for crusher related products and repair services)


All of Our products are certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standards

and CWB certified to CSA Standard W47.1 Division 2.1..
